Project start. The project started officially on March 14, 2024, after the contract with UC3M was agreed. Subsequently, UC3N is signing agreements with UAB and UF, the first one having already been finalized and the second one is in the signature collecting process.
Kickoff meeting. Most of the team, including the three PIs, convened in Madrid on April 29 and 30, 2024. The meeting was great in terms of getting to know each other and on planning our first steps. The rest of the document is devoted to summarize the actions we decided to take, in case you want to comment on them. Actions are organized by workpackages (WP). Actions in WP with no deliverables in the next six months are preliminary research or data exploration. Deliverables relevant to the first six months are marked in green.
